Scribblers is a celebration of storytelling in all its forms for children and young people.

Scribblers Family Festival is a weekend full of creativity, imagination, and endless possibilities. Held in the heart of Perth CBD in the Cathedral Square Precinct, the festival celebrates storytelling for the young and young-at-heart. Uniting creatives and families with storytellers and stories from all corners of the globe, it is a weekend to be fearless, embrace new ideas, and let your imagination take flight.

We bring families together with storytellers from all over the world—graphic novelists, authors, oral storytellers, illustrators, cartoonists and more—to ignite curiosity and a love of learning in children and young people, helping them make sense of the world around and within them.

The authors were very friendly and welcoming and they clearly loved being at Scribblers. I had a fabulous weekend and it opened my mind to new ways of creating."
